What are Asian sizes? How do I know my product will fit me?

Since our products are authentic, we have them imported from Japan and China. In those countries, their sizes are a little bit smaller than American ones. We have included a size chart on every single product page of ours to help you order the right size!

Can I change the color or size of my order once it has been placed? How long do I have before I can change my order?

If your item has yet to be shipped/it is not yet passed our 24 hour cancellation/change policy, we will most definitely try our best to change your color or size. If the item has already been shipped or is in post-processing, we will not be able to change the size or color of your item that you have ordered.

How long does shipping take?

Free Shipping in Canada & US. The current average wait time (+ or - 5 days due to Corona Virus) is 5 to 20 days for shipping and handling.

Notice: Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carrier may experience. Your product may have been shipped in a different shipping batch or from different warehouses. This happens a lot if your order consisted of one of the more popular products. Don't worry, everything that you have ordered will be sent to you.
